'The Landmark' iconic residences: 52 storeys of AW signage

AW Signs were excited to win the project to create and install more than 2000 signs for this luxurious vertical village overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Hutchinson Builders lead the construction of The Landmark, a towering residential complex located in St Leonards, just north of the Sydney CBD. Designed by innovative architectural firm A+ Design Group in collaboration with Warren and Mahoney® and Studio Z, this 52 story building is a sight to behold.

The 2000+ signs included exterior building identity, glass and interior branding, directory boards, wayfinding, parking identification. floor and unit numbering and hundreds of statutory signs.

Materials included electro plated brass, laser cut acrylic and many of our signs were sandblasted, routed, engraved and painted. With a pool, spa, gym, cinema, lounge, dining area, library, play area and social club, we were certainly kept busy.
