Signage Solved for Rosebud Shopping Plaza upgrade

AW Signs were pleased to be selected as the signage partner to Charter Hall for their $18.9 million redevelopment of Rosebud Shopping Plaza, a sub-regional centre located in the growing Mornington Peninsula region of Victoria.

The redevelopment included tenancy relocations, mall upgrades and reconfiguration with the intention to further develop a sense of belonging, brand vision and enhance the retail offering for the community.

The scope of works comprised of internal and external signage for entries, trolley bays, logo panels, amenities, light boxes and a range of wayfinding, directional, identification and statutory signage of which we supplied and installed at the Plaza.

Since the upgrade, Charter Hall sold Rosebud Plaza for $134.5 million, reaffirming investor demand for the retail sector.
